EcoWestern Digital Announces Acquisition of xxavvGroup; Nova ID to Transition into Economic ID on March 1
EcoWestern Digital today announced that it has officially acquired xxavvGroup, further strengthening EcoWestern Digital's position as a provider of integrated digital and identity services.
As part of the acquisition, EcoWestern Digital will fold most of xxavvGroup's offerings into the EcoWestern Digital product family, aligning overlapping services and investing in areas that best serve customers across both organizations. A key part of this integration involves xxavvGroup's subsidiary, xxavvTechnologies, the creator of Nova Suite.
Nova Suite to continue with minimal changes
At this time, Nova Suite will continue operating largely as it does today. Existing Nova Suite customers will experience continuity in product access, performance, and support, and there are no immediate changes to core features or pricing planned as a result of this acquisition.
Nova ID to transition into Economic ID beginning March 1
The primary change Nova Suite customers will see is related to identity services. Beginning March 1, Nova Suite's Nova ID identity and authentication service will be folded into EcoWestern Digital's Economic ID platform.
This transition will be executed in phases to minimize disruption. Customers currently using Nova ID will be migrated to Economic ID, benefiting from EcoWestern Digital's broader security, compliance, and reliability standards. EcoWestern Digital will provide detailed migration guidance, timelines, and support resources to affected customers ahead of the change.
