To access the core EcoWestern ecosystem, you must register for an Economic ID.

• Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• Prohibitions: Sharing, selling, or transferring your Economic ID is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Sign-In: If you utilize third-party authentication, EcoWestern is not liable for their data handling practices.

You retain full ownership of all data, text, files, and media ("User Content") that you create, upload, or store within the EcoWestern ecosystem.

• License to Operate: You grant EcoWestern a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely as necessary to operate the Services (e.g., syncing, rendering).
• User Responsibility: You affirm that you possess all necessary rights for the content you upload and do not infringe on others' rights.

EcoWestern maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal, dangerous, and abusive material. Prohibited content includes:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualized depictions of minors.
• Non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery.
• Terrorist, extremist, or violent propaganda.
• Material related to illegal trade (weapons, narcotics, etc.).
• Malware, spyware, or destructive code.

While we prioritize privacy, we enforce an Account Search Protocol to comply with legal obligations.

• Investigations: Searches may be triggered by verified reports of severe abuse or valid subpoenas.
• Consequences: If illegal content is confirmed, we will immediately terminate your account and report findings to authorities (e.g., NCMEC).

User Liability: You are solely responsible for the communications you send. You may not use Chatter to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

Moderation: We do not actively monitor private communications except for abuse prevention or legal compliance.

Probabilistic Outputs: AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased. Outputs do not constitute professional or legal advice.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for prompts submitted and for verifying AI outputs before relying on them.

Beta Features: Vanguard features are experimental and provided at your own risk. They require mandatory enhanced telemetry.

Developer Logging: Use of our APIs is logged to ensure security and network reliability.

EcoWestern does not support, integrate, or facilitate cryptocurrencies or blockchain-based financial products. Any such claims are fraudulent.

Core features are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce premium tiers in the future. All payments are final and non-refundable.

You may delete your Economic ID at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
